Mountain Home Services is a home watch company based in Breckenridge, Colorado, in business since 2018. We specialize in the care of second homes that are not rented. We can handle just about anything that comes up and take pleasure in helping to keep your investment in good condition. We are bonded and insured for your peace of mind.

LOCAL KNOWLEDGE & SERVICE

Clover has been a Breckenridge resident since 1998 and was a licensed Colorado real estate broker from 2000 to 2022. She has spent the past 20+ years building lasting relationships with local service providers from housekeepers & handymen to plumbers & electricians. She has listed, sold, and managed high-end homes and has been involved in the various aspects of home maintenance and repair in our alpine environment from the beginning. With an eye for detail and a professional approach, Clover is well equipped to handle all of your investment property needs and is pleased to offer her services to the second homeowners of Breckenridge and Summit County, Colorado. She is; your feet on the ground, your eyes around town. In her spare time, Clover spends a lot of time in ice rinks, cheering on her sons or playing in the local women's hockey league, skiing on the slopes of Breckenridge, and mountain biking on our top notch trail systems.

Remove newspapers/flyers/mail/packages from front door
Inspect yard and planting beds for trash and debris
Monitor landscaping during summer months
Monitor snow and ice accumulation and removal during winter months
Perform visual inspection of siding, roof, and gutters for obvious issues
Check for drainage issues
Check doors and windows for signs of break-in
Inspect for obvious insect infestation or pest presence
Check exterior lighting
Check hot tub area for obvious issues

Interior Inspection List:

Ensure security system is functioning
Check fire/smoke/CO2 alarms
Check temperature settings on thermostats
Inspect for obvious pest presence or insect infestation
Check for water leaks
Run water in sinks and baths – check under sinks
Flush stagnant water in toilets
Run garbage disposal
Check appliances (cycle dishwasher & washing machine monthly)
Check windows and doors
Check lights and fans
Check breaker box
Check water heater/water system
Check heating system/boiler room

With a background in sales, she has worked as an account executive with both independent business owners and major department stores throughout the Rockies, learning the value of strong customer service, consistent follow-through, and building lasting relationships. In 2017 she invested in several properties in Breckenridge and has built a successful Airbnb business. She takes great pride in maintaining her homes with a keen eye for detail—whether it’s catching a burnt-out light bulb or identifying a small boiler room leak. She's hands-on, responsive, and committed to creating a seamless guest experience. When she's not managing properties or assisting guests, you can find her outside enjoying everything Breckenridge has to offer—hiking, skiing, and biking through the landscapes that make this town so special. Marissa moved to Breckenridge in 2018 and has been a staple in the hospitality industry throughout the county. Having over 10 years of experience in the food and beverage world, she has made countless connections with visitors and locals alike. Her most recent experience in restaurant management has given her strong guest relations, leadership and task management skills. She has a natural eye for detail and enjoys cultivating an exceptional guest experience. With a background in Airbnb management with her mom, you can trust that Marissa is handy, communicative, and eager to exceed guest expectations. Outside of work you can find her spending time with her baby girl, hiking with her dog, riding bikes, snowboarding and doing yoga. She believes our community is made special by the folks who call these mountains their home away from home and treats each house with exceptional attention and care. Marissa is currently based in Silverthorne and covers house checks in northern Summit County.

Kelli was born and raised in Breckenridge and is a fourth-generation local with roots in Summit County stretching back more than a century... her great-grandfather even served as Sheriff of Summit County. After years spent living and working in New York, Seattle, and Los Angeles, the mountains eventually called her home, and she is now raising the fifth generation of her family here.

Professionally, Kelli brings a background in business operations, technology, project coordination, and client service. She has a natural eye for detail, a knack for anticipating what needs attention, and believes exceptional service is often about taking care of something before a client ever needs to ask. Her deep knowledge of Breckenridge and the unique demands of mountain homes makes Mountain Home Services a natural fit.

Outside of work, Kelli is a mom of two and a familiar face in the local hockey community, where she has spent countless hours volunteering, cheering from the stands, and... like most hockey parents... living at the rink.
